As a Personal Trainer I'm committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your overall fitness levels or run a 10K for example it can be done! There is no magic pill that you can take to get you there, just a balance of exercise and sensible eating habits. Sessions can be in your hosue or outdoors and I mainly work in the Bristol and surrounding areas.

How it all works
The First Session...and Beyond
We kick off with a fun but challenging exercise session that will give you an idea of what to expect.
I'll show you the correct exercise techniques and how to get more out of your exercises. Each session will be different and packed full of sensible and rewarding exercises.
As well as getting you healthier and fitter through exercise we also need to look at what you eat and drink. In my opinion you cant burn off a bad diet so we'll review your food intake on a regular basis to make sure that this helps you burn the body fat and get into shape even quicker!
Your exercise program will be reviewed on a regular basis (4-5 weeks) to allow further fitness gains and improvements.
Your Body Fat% will be regularly monitored so not only will you feel and look healthy you'll have the statistics to prove it!
- Weekly text messages, phone calls or emails to ensure that you are motivated even when I'm not with you.

I'm based in Bristol and the surrounding area and am available to train you any day of the week, which includes weekends. We have the following locations available to us...
We will come to you at a time that suits you and if applicable providing a variety of equipment for our sessions such as Stability Balls, Dumbells, Resistance Tubes, BOSU and Medicine Balls, Boxing gloves and Pads (dont worry YOU do the punching!)
