Groups Training - Bootcamp & FitFirm
Exercising in a group environment is a fun and cost effective way of keeping fit and meeting new people.
Our classes are run by our team of fully qualified Personal Trainers. Sessions are designed to focus on all the major muscle groups as well as working your heart and lungs and as the sessions are run outdoors you'll benefit from the fresh air.
We have a selection of locations in the Bristol area, some offering morning sessions and others offering both morning and evening sessions.
