Its all about sensible and balanced eating which you can enjoy for the long term and not short term diets that are not practical or sustainable.

Its vital that you fuel your body in the correct way, especially as you begin to increase your exercise. The smallest of changes will make a big difference.

We take a common sense approach to nutrition making sure that you become aware of the foods that will give you more energy and help to reduce the chances of illness and disease.

Its not surprising that there is much confusion about what to eat, it only takes one headline for attitudes to change.

The following is an example of the main fats that can be found in your foods. We can show you which of these are ok to use as part of your nutrition whilst others are a no go!

  • Monounsaturated,
  • Polyunsaturated,
  • Omega 3 Fats,
  • Saturated Fat,
  • Trans fatty acids.

How does it work?

You will complete a weekly food diary on a regular basis, which will allow us to pinpoint areas for improvement. It's a great way for you to see what you have consumed over a 7 day period. All we ask is that you complete it honestly, as our advice can only be as good as the information you provide!
